How to Register

Click on the "New Client Registration" button.  You will be redirected to our portal.

Create an account, verify your email, and return to the portal to complete the prescreening application.

While we understand this is not always possible, try to ensure that the client receiving services fills out or assists with the prescreening.

Insurance information is required to register.  If you do not have insurance or plan to cash pay, please select "Cash Pay" when you reach that section.
